As a photographer, personalizing your session is something that I love. The kids in this family loved art, so we incorporated painting some canvases at the end of our session after lots of play!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The geese chose to fly by at just the right moment during this session!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we scheduled this session, we anticipated the golden hues of sunset (and the sun did make an appearance for a short time). Instead, we were greeted with dramatic clouds with gorgeous pockets of light. The moody skies created a breathtaking, cinematic backdrop that framed the family. The trade-off was we had to put up with some pretty chilly temps! However, this family were troopers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Painting with a Twist:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a surprise for the kids, I set up small canvases and brought paint for them to use to create their own art. It was so much fun watching them do something they loved, and hopefully, a memory the whole family will treasure!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
